They had £1.4 million- £250k from planed which was euro money,£200k from welsh gob, also euro money,£500k from lottery-,had to jump thru hoops for that,£200k from PCC as long as they housed the library. Then smaller funds- even something from the millennium centre- ….they didn’t raise much themselves, they just concentrated on finding funding.
